Our Wedding

Christopher and Emma had first met eachother in the Domincan Republic in February of 2024. I know what you're thinking, "who would have thought you would have met the love of your life thousands miles away from home, from the same province, and not a great distance away" we thought the exact same thing. After meeting in the Domincan, Chris and Emma rekindled back in Ontario, and by May of 2023 Chris made the wise decision to ask me to be his girlfriend. It has been history ever since- We've created so many fun memories of travelling across the world together, family adventures that have grown into strong relationships with both families, to really growing together as one and seeking towards a bright and ambitious future together. Emma and best friend Kaitlyn Van Hoorn thought it would be a great idea to take some nice fall couple photos with Chris and her husband Bailey, and life long friend of Chris'! We had planned a mini photography session with Jeremey James, Niagara County Photographer that we both fan girl about as he takes the most beautiful and AMAZING pictures!! Chris had the great idea that this would be the perfect way to get the one of the most memorable moments of our life on camera, and knew that I would have no clue in the world, which I did not as it was a Monday night and he's cool as a cucumber. A day filled with ups and downs of terrible gloomy and rainy weather, a tonado warning that began 10 minutes before we left for photos, and not to mention Jeremy, the photographer did not know about the engagement, until Bailey had mentioned it 5 minutes before us arriving-. What sounds to be very chaotic and typical boy fashion, it turned to be the perfect and most memorable night of out lives! As we were arriving to Kait and Bailey's, the sun poked through the clouds, a rainbow appeared for a very quick and short time, and by the time we arrived it was beautiful golden hour. God had blessed us with his promise, it felt like a match made in heaven from the start, and gave us a beautiful night to cherish forever.
